Stanley type 5B (1885-1887) 110 block plane. I followed the research to come to this conclusion, I can send you the 2 links I used so you can double check me before you buy.
Has some pitting on the sole (see photo), you might be able to lap it out if you have a milling machine, could do it by hand, but might take you a while. I figure this is more of a collector then a user plane anyway.
I cleaned it up some, oiled moving parts.
You will have to sharpen the iron, flatten the back of the iron and lap the sole if you are into that sort of thing..

Retired Archaeologist now working for city of Lexington Engineering Dept. Also have done a lot of remodel contract work and built furniture for myself or to give away to family/friends. Have started to switch from all power to mostly hand tools in the last few years. I also buy, fix up and resale wood working tools as a hobby to pay for the tool I want to keep myself.
