This ring exemplifies what it means to be art deco. The ring was made in France during the art deco period (1920's). There are many reproductions copying the style of this period; this ring is not one of them.

The center stone is a roughly 0.80ct Old European Cut diamond. Estimated quality is J color, SI1 clarity. It is surrounded by a halo of natural calibered sapphires. The metal is solid platinum and is hallmarked with the maker's mark and the French mark for platinum (dog's head).
