Very “happy” red ceramic pixie elf holding his feet. He is stamped “JAPAN” on the bottom in red. “Houston, Texas”is scrolled in black on his hat. There are a couple spots where the cold red paint has come off, and there is a micro~chip on his right ear (so small that I can’t even get in the picture to show you) it is so small.
