Further information: (from American Wooden Planes by Pollack): Ohio Tool Co was a major plane manufacturing company in the 19th C and early 20th C. and was incorporated in 1851, but there may have been some manner of operation as early as 1823. It merged with the Auburn Tool Co in 1893. Business continued under the Ohio Tool Co name until operations ceased in 1920. Please see photos. Offered to USA Buyers only.
