Details
This is a vintage H.W. Geller “E-Z Cut” paring chisel in good working condition. The blade measures 1-1/4 inches wide with an 11 inch overall length, and carries the original E-Z Cut / Warranted maker’s stamp, still visible on the shank.
The steel is straight and solid with no cracks or chips, just normal age and patina. The handle is an early turned hardwood style, tight to the tang and ready to use. This pattern is ideal for fine paring, fitting joints, and detail work.
H.W. Geller tools were sold in the late 1800s to early 1900s and known for importing quality Sheffield and American steel under their house brand. These don’t show up often, especially in this size. Condition: Blade width: 1-1/4" Overall length: 11" Stamp: H.W. Geller / E-Z Cut / Warranted Good solid steel, no cracks or chips Original handle with age-appropriate wear Ready to sharpen and use, or add to a collection Ships well-packed and with care.
