Makers marks all over this saw set:  "CHAS MORRILL REG US PAT OFF NEW YORK", "PATENTED JULY 1, 1902, MAR 28, 1916", "TRADEMARK APEX" Logo, plus "APEX" and "SPECIAL" cast into the handles.  It is in excellent condition with tight spring and clamping.  See pictures for details.  Let me know if you have any questions.
