Stanley Plane Double Iron 2-3/8" For No. 4-1/2, 5-1/2, 6, 7, 51, BEDROCK "BB" TM

This is an original 1940 replacement Stanley plane double iron. It is 2-3/8" wide, which works with hand plane No's 4-1/2, 5-1/2 (post 1936 only), 6, 7, 604-1/2, 605-1/2, 606, 607, and 51. It has seen very little use and has been freshly sharpened on extra course diamond plates - final honing is left up to the new owner. Tons of life left at 7-7/8" long. It was salvaged from a type 16 plane and has a 1940 date code stamp on it.
