Corrugated smoother in fine condition.  Slight surface rust from sitting.  Japanning is excellent, full coverage and still shiny.  Wood tote and knob have no issues with original finish.  Bright orange paint outlining the Stanley logo on the lever cap.  No apologies on this one.  Probably used once and put away on the shelf.
