Stanley No. 4 smoothing plane

Excellent rosewood tote and knob with no visible cracks. Based on the bench plane type study, this is a type 11 with 3 patent dates manufactured 1910-1918 . The iron does not appear to be original, as it dates to 1939 based on the '139' stamp and made in Canada SW logo on the iron. There is a hairline crack on one side of the mouth I noticed after cleaning the plane with wax and wiping down with Jojoba oil. Shipping to lower 48 only please.
