Up for sale is a nice Stanley #6 type 14 plane. This one has the corrugated sole and it is flat. I have sharpened the iron going through the grits up to 8000. The Japanning was very spotty so I stripped it off and painted it with 5 coats of Duplicolor 1635 black high heat engine paint and baked it on low heat to set the paint. The tote and knob are in great shape and have no cracks. This plane is ready to go to work in your shop.
