Stanley Bailey #5 jack plane. Type 19 (1948-1961) Tuned, sharp and ready to work. Rosewood knob and tote are excellent. Lever cap has good nickel remaining. Japanning excellent. Iron has lots of length.
See the pictures. "Stanley" lettering on the lateral adjust is sideways - like on pre-type 19 planes - which does occur on a some type 19's.
