Black Stanley 220 block plane. Rosewood knob. Freshly painted with good nickel parts. Sharp, flat and ready to work. Based on the casting marks it was made between the 1930's-1960. Iron is 1 5/8" wide - the same type as a Stanley 9 1/2 plane. About 7 inches long.
See the pictures. The rosewood knob is solid with good threads. It had a clean break in half which I repaired with T-88 structural epoxy. Painted with Duplicolor 1635 engine paint.

Long time hobby woodworker. Most of that has been as a power tool user but in the last several years I've taken up hand tools and love it. Also found that I really like putting old iron back into service.
