Name: Sargent 418 foreplane Type 2/3 with long Stanley blade

This Sargent 418 is in excellent user condition.  The blade has been replaced with a full length Stanley.  The Rosewood hardware is in good shape but there is a repaired crack in the rear tote.  I can't determine between type 2 or 3 without the original blade.
