Record No 03 Smoother With Stanley Iron

Record No 03 smoother with a Stanley 1 3/4" iron. Clean, sharp and ready to make shavings. It's really close to being "new in box" if I had the box. Hardwood tote and knob are excellent. A couple of small paint chips on the frog but the rest of paint is 100%. Lever cap is a mirror finish. It came to me without an iron so I gave it a Stanley type 19 (1948-1961) iron that I had on hand. The iron is very close to full length. I'm not a Record expert but I think it was made in England 1988-1997. Has the frog adjuster screw and the frog bed on the body is similar to a Stanley Bailey type 19. I did not flatten the sole since it took good shavings when tested and I wanted to leave it close to new condition.
