Record No 03 smoother with a Stanley 1 3/4" iron. Clean, flattened, sharp and ready to get to work. No 3 size planes are great if you have smaller hands or want to work on smoothing a small area or on narrow stock.
Hardwood tote and knob are excellent. Lever cap is a mirror finish. It came to me without an iron so I gave it a Stanley type 19 (1948-1961) iron that I had on hand. The iron is very close to full length. Has the frog adjuster screw and the frog bed on the body is similar to a Stanley Bailey type 19. It did not need much flattening and it is fully tuned including removing some paint on the body where it meets the frog to assure full metal on metal contact. Paint is excellent overall. Believe its from the late 1980's but I'm not a Record expert.
See the pictures. I updated the pictures after flattening the bottom. Happy the answer questions.

Long time hobby woodworker. Most of that has been as a power tool user but in the last several years I've taken up hand tools and love it. Also found that I really like putting old iron back into service.
