lot of 2 Ohio tools block planes #1 Ohio Tool Works Columbus Ohio (over globe) #0110 So any good reference sites I find do not talk about dates or the site just does not work, but I did not take much time to research this. If you collect Ohio Tool Works Planes, then you all ready know when this tool was made. What I think is this plane is defiantly pre Stanley buy out (1920's) and since it's still marked Columbus I think it is pre 1913 flood (that destroyed the factory. So this plane is most likely from about 1900-1913 from what I can find out.
#2 Ohio 0110 which was a rebranded Stanley 110 after Stanley bought out Ohio, but before they closed them down from what I remember. To lazy to look it back up and did not have it typed out already.

Selling since November 2024
Retired Archaeologist now working for city of Lexington Engineering Dept. Have been a carpenter and woodworking for some time, just switched over to hand tools several years ago. But now my health has changed, I have no kids and if Gods will, will be retiring and moving to Philippines in the next 5 Years. So I am slowly selling off tools (and other things) that I know I will not be hauling across the world. When the time comes, I may sell off more, but for now all my extras or things I bought to resale need to go....Heck I may just sell it all and not touch a tool again depending on my health in 5 years....
