ECE Secundus Expert Jack Plane

This is a nice little continental style jack plane. It's 9.5" long and has a Norris style depth adjuster, a beech body and hornbeam sole. There is no lateral adjuster on this plane. There are some very small gaps in the lamination for the sole on one side only, but these haven't moved or spread in the year and a half since I bought this plane.

The blade steel type is unknown, but it sharpens up really nicely and is fairly thick.
