Disston 8" bevel square/gauge with the crown thumbscrew. That makes it a type 2 No 2 from 1879-1885. Great shape overall. Rosewood. 

See the pictures. There a very slight bend on one half of one side. I don't see a trademark on it, but that is not uncommon for old Disstons.
