Danish Moving Fillester Plane
Details
Unbranded Danish Moving Fillester Plane (possibly ABC brand). Plane sole has hardwood boxing on outside corner possibly lignum vitae. Has "nicker" blade for cross grain scoring. A few bumps from use particularly on blade wedge. Blade in excellent condition and sharp. Depth stop and width fence appear to be cast aluminum. Used overall very good condition.

I am a retired mechanical engineer and a life long woodworker. I've participated in and highly recommend Rob Cosman's Purple Heart Project "Training the Hand Workshop" . I volunteer at a charity store called The Tool Thrift Shop in Fairport NY. Our donations sometimes contain vintage and high quality woodworking tools that I hope to list and sell here for the benefit of our charity Perinton Fairport Senior Connections which provides support services to the elderly in our community.
