C.S. Osborne Leather Round Knife Head Knife Early Rosewood Handle

Antique C.S. Osborne Leather working half-moon head knife with really nice brass pinned rosewood handle. The blade has some minor staining/pitting from past rust and one corner has been broken off at some point. The handle is solidly fixed to the blade with no movement, but there is a slight gap between the rosewood and brass ferrule (See pictures). The trademark is deep and highly visible, reading "C.S. Osborne & Co. Newark-N.J.". The reverse side has a deep stamp "EST-D 1826" with a scalloped border. The blade is sharp and cuts well. See pictures for details. Let me know if you have any questions.
