This one not something you don’t see everyday in the US, a Falcon F5 jack plane made in Australia by Pope Products. Same size as a Stanley Bailey #5: 14" long, 2" inch iron. The markings indicate that it was made between 1946 and the early 1950's. Came to me very clean. I sharpened the iron. It works great.
See the pictures. Knob and tote are some kind of hardwood - no idea what was used on Falcons. No breaks or repairs that I can see. It has a frog adjustment screw and a machined frog bed - pretty well matching the Stanley Bailey plane features. Happy to answer questions.

Long time hobby woodworker. Most of that has been as a power tool user but in the last several years I've taken up hand tools and love it. Also found that I really like putting old iron back into service.
