Vintage 1976 collectible plate commemorating the United States Bicentennial.  It says "Proclaim Liberty Throughout All The World Unto All The Inhabitants Thereof".  It is embossed "USA" on the back of the plate.  The plate measures approximately 10" across.

No chips or cracks noted.  Some minor scuff marks on the back.  Plate stand not included. See pictures for further details on condition.
