This is a vintage green controlled bubble paperweight   On the top it has a spot that feels smooth but ripple and the bottom looks like it has tiny pit spots and a chip on the edge of the flat base. Nothing is rough. I don’t know if it was dropped as I thrifted this. I like the way the sun lights it up
