Vintage Burt's Seed Co. Packets 5 Flower Framed Matted in Baltimore, MD

Unique Art Piece. Unsure of the age, but it looks like it has some age to it. It is 19 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches. The edge of the frame has some scratches (see pics). I don't know if there are seeds in the packets since I purchased this secondhand. Ready to hang with hanging material in a plastic bag on the bag, but these look quite old. There is some rust of the metal part on the back of the art. See pics.This was framed and matted by the Lily Gallery in Baltimore Maryland which is no longer in business.
