Vintage Bubbling Mermaid Barbie Doll from 1996 by Mattel #16131. Her mermaid body changes color in water! This doll has had her tail repaired and has some paint chips on the tail - This doll is in fair condition. The bottom of her tail was partly ripped off and hanging off, I have reglued it back on. I did not test her with water after gluing, so I can not say if the hole inside is closed off from the glue or not. Bra top is good condition No rips, tears, holes or stains that I could see. Hair is nice and clean, and looks to be in the original length, un-cut! Still have the crimps in it. Crown is still Attached to her head, but it missing the taller part to create the Magical fountain for bubbles. She has her original seahorse earrings. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Item has been lightly cleaned and stored away
