Condition: Pre-owned, Estate find, not sure of the age, but perhaps late 1800's. In beautiful condition with some areas missing the slip appliqués. There are some small cracks on some of the lines where the slip is at. Please see all the pictures as they are part of the description.

Beautiful shades of green, purples, light orange, amazing details.

Measurements are apx: 7.25" wide x 7.5" tall x 5 length. Weighs: 1 lb, 9 oz.

A beautiful antique, unmarked, Japanese Moriage ewer, or pitcher. It is dating to pre-1891. Background is shades of green with flowers, and raised designs. The handle curls around the pitcher to form an elongated spout that has two perforations on each side. A decorative piece on the opposite side curls upwards from the body of the pitcher and is attached to the underside of the spout. All of this is covered in a Moriage design with traditional white outlines and dots. Pictures do not do this gorgeous, stunning work of art. Inside is a white glossy glaze.
