1950's Christmas Santa Claus Rosbro? with Sleigh ~ Candy Container

I found this Santa at my Dad's house (pet and smoke free) after he died. I've had it in storage for 20 years and remember having this or a similar one when I was a child in the 1950s. It appears one of us may have used the back of the sleigh to store crayons at one time since there are colored marks on the inside (see pictures - I don't attempt to fix or clean items since I have a poor track record and usually make it worse!). There are a couple chips out of the plastic - see pictures. Some I'm finding while researching have a place to hang these as an ornament. This one doesn't have one and it appears it may have broken off. Otherwise, it is in good shape for the age.

Santa's hand has an indentation that was probably used for attaching a reindeer or team of reindeer. It could have held a lollipop or other piece of candy.

Money we raise from selling things found at my dad’s house goes toward keeping the farm/property he owned within the family. Donations are in memory of my little sister who died from leukemia in 1957.

    All of my items come from a smoke-free home. We have one cat that I try to keep away from things that I'm selling, especially clothing or other items that could collect cat dander.
