About 40 years ago, I started attending antique shows with my mother. It didn't take long for me to get hooked! I was enchanted with the gorgeous array of antique and vintage jewelry. It quickly spread to fine porcelain, beautiful art glass, and collectibles.
In 1997, I started buying beautiful vintage and antique items online, and by 2002 I became an online seller. In 2008, I became an antique dealer, selling vintage and antique items both in online venues, and brick and mortar antique shops.
My favorite part of being an antique dealer is going on the hunt for beautiful and unique items to offer in my shop. I go to antique auctions, estate sales, thrift shops, and other online venues to procure most of the items in my shops. It's a lot of fun since you never know what treasures you might discover.
