Vintage Pressed Glass Coaster Set – Made in the German Democratic Republic - Mid Century Home Decor

This set of six vintage glass coasters is a beautiful example of mid-century European craftsmanship. Each coaster features a rose and leaf design with a beaded edge, and is marked “Made in German Democratic Republic,” reflecting the quality of East German glassmaking during the Cold War era.

The rose motif is pressed into the underside of each coaster, so the top surface is smooth and a glass sits flat — a thoughtful and functional design detail. The glass catches the light beautifully, adding a touch of elegance to any setting.

A couple of the coasters have very small, barely noticeable edge chips (not on the bubble part but the inside edge, see photos), but the set overall is in excellent vintage condition and displays wonderfully.

Each coaster measures about 4 inches in diameter, including the outer bubble edge.
