A Good replacement body for a Stanley No. 3 smoothing plane. It is a type 11/12 (1910-1924) with 3 patent dates cast behind the frog receiver. It has decent japanning and no damage. A previous owner has lapped the sole but there are a couple of spots where some very shallow pitting is showing through. A solid replacement for a broken body.
