We guarantee all of our plants to arrive alive and healthy. We are not responsible for mail delays or missing packages. Shipments will be held if the weather is too cold (below 35F). We can ship immediately if requested but the live arrival guarantee won't be applied. Please let us know if there are any issues with your plants within 48 hours after receiving them. We require photos and a description of the issue. We ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico. We don't ship outside of the US.
