Mikasa Hand painted Candle Holder

Unique hand painted Mikasa candle holder. Blue gray background. Flowers are shades of terracotta and vines are shades of sage green. The bottom diameter is 4.5”. Top diameter is 2” with an opening of 1.25”, which is an odd size. It’s 3.5” tall. The candles picture sit on the holder but are not tight and secure. I would recommend using it decoratively only. It has more of a matte finish than a glossy one.
