LEGO The Disney Castle 71040 Built once and Displayed Extra Minifigs included

I am selling my Disney Castle (the original) 71040 to make space for new items. It was built and displayed on a shelf for years. I am selling it as a partial set only because I know there is a helmet missing on one of the guards. But I don't have time to disassemble and reassemble to check completion. Nor check each piece on the inventory. But no one really played with it or messed with it. So I assume everything is there. All the Minifigs are there with the set.

PLUS I am including Chip and Dale, Sorcerer Mickey, Maleficent, and Aladdin.

If you purchase I can either partially disassemble or fully disassemble. It will include the instruction manual.
