DIY Plane Kit

Hey,

I’m selling a DIY wooden kit to build a 15.5-inch jack plane.

The kit includes: • Pre-cut side and center pieces with holes for the included dowel pins and brass pin • dowels • brass pin • a block for the wedge

This is designed to fit a standard 2” blade and chip breaker from any old Stanley #4 or #5 and uses hammer adjusting

Wood options (pictured in beech, but available in): • Walnut • Beech • Leopardwood • Mahogany • Red Zebrawood • Cherry • More upon request (extra charge for exotics)

What you’ll need: • Patience • A 2” wide blade and chip breaker • Wood glue

These are made to order, so please allow a few days for production. If you’re not satisfied, I’ll refund your purchase.
