Antique Nippon Hand Painted Biscuit Cracker Jar w/Lid Floral and Gold Signed

This Antique Nippon Hand Painted Biscuit Cracker Jar with Lid features a beautiful floral pattern in multi-color, hand-painted on porcelain. It was produced in Japan during the late 19th century. There is a matching signature on inside of lid rim and the top inside rim of bowl. The piece also has an original stamp on the bottom. The gold has some wear appropriate with jars age. There is a small manufacturer's flaw on top of one handle, see photos. Approx.10" wide from tip of handle to tip of handle.
