Antique Limoges Elite Works for Higgins Seiter Porcelain Violet Plate

Antique Limoges Elite Works for Higgins & Seiter Porcelain Violet Plate is 7 1/2" wide. It is a beautiful design of violets wrapping around the edge of the plate and one centered. It has 2 chips on the edge that have been touched up with gold paint and the gold paint shows wear as it is over 100 years old. There is also a small chip on the back. This is a nice display piece.
