This looks like Fenton Diamond Point Columns to me. I think the similar Northwood vase doesn’t have the vertical ribs. Double check me on the Doty Carnival Glass site (the best way to ID carnival glass imo 😊😉).

Sometimes it will have an N for northwood but the antique pieces I don’t believe will always be marked.
