I am a retired nurse, wife, grandmother and glass enthusiast. During COVID, I was recovering from a major back surgery and found Jocelyn's YouTube Channel. I really started looking at glass items in a very different way. My daughters, granddaughters and mother have joined my love of all glass. My favorite items tend to vary depending on what I see at the time. In 2018, I was diagnosed with several severe autoimmune diseases and was forced to find a hobby other than my crazy nursing career of the previous 25 years. I have large stretches of time that I am unable to be safely mobile (without crashing into expensive glass displays) or recovering from extensive joint replacement or back surgeries. Again, during these recoveries, I watched the Crazy Lamp Lady and started collecting glass along with my daughters. I became hooked and the rest has been a truly joyful experience.
