Hello, I won two items from the same seller and neither the seller or I received a winning confirmation email. The seller said she can't find the orders in her sold orders. I don't see anything in mine either. Here are the two items I won: https://district.net/product/beverly-hills-90210-the-complete-34abf   then this one  https://district.net/product/beverly-hills-90210-the-complete-2a5ee and it shows I won on both on the ads (attached photo).  How will we be able to see them listed in our orders ?  Your help is appreciated.
