Vintage mid-century modern (MCM) white milk glass lidded jar or bowl featuring gold "Atomic Starburst" or "Thistle" design. Era likely late 1950s or 1960s. The image features a stylized Scottish thistle, a common botanical illustration and national symbol of Scotland. The thistle is the national flower of Scotland, symbolizing resilience, protection, and heritage.

Maker unknown but it closely resembles the "Starline" series often attributed to Rodney Kent, Federal Glass, Royal Sealy or Anchor Hocking. Use as an apothecary vanity jar, dresser box or sugar bowl.
