Black and white alternating point clown collar with the Bells - The perfect accessory for a creepy carnival, haunt costume, photoshoot, cosplay, con costume or Halloween event! This collar is handmade from Polly-cotton fabric cut and sewn into points. Fabric is tightly machine gathered, then sewn to the elastic fabric covered band. There are 8 points on each collar. If you choose Bells they will be attached with d-rings to the bottom of each point.

collar will be made with a 16" elastic, with plenty of stretch. If a bigger size is need, please let me know at checkout.
