This is a Westmoreland hand painted milk glass basket. Painted in the roses and bows pattern. The painting is absolutely beautiful. It comes with the Westmoreland authenticity card that has information about Westmoreland Glass. It is marked on the bottom and there are no chips or cracks or flea bites.
