This is a vintage 1983 Limited Edition Franklin Porcelain The Animal Alphabet miniature plate. It features a seal among flowers along with the letter S. Measures approximately 3" in diameter. No chips or cracks, but there is wear on the gold paint around the rim as shown in picture 3.
