Made in England.  The front is a hard surface (probably coated board), with felt backing. Paul Jones 1958 Botanical Garden Tea Party Design. Gold trim along the edges are worn in some areas.The last three images show some staining. They weigh 5 lbs before packaging. Could also be used as decor.
