Details
Hand carved wood with textured detailing on the feathers. Each duck is depicted with a green head, yellow beak, and a dark neck, positioned to face each other. They both are signed on the bottom of the duck appears to be 1981 and some sort of initials that I can’t quite make out. In the last two pictures, I tried to capture a slight crack at the tip of the beak, but make note that crack does not go all the way through. They measure approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and approximately 4 1/half inches wide to the beak. (BSA6)

Hello Everyone!!
We live on Estero Island in Florida, also known as Fort Myers Beach. We have been here for nearly 50 years! In 2022 Hurricane Ian came through our beautiful island and pretty much destroyed the quiet charm of the island. All the sweet old cottages were literally swept into the Gulf of Mexico. We, unfortunately decided to stay and ride out the storm, a bad decision in so many ways! We found ourselves sad and depressed and decided we better do something that will help us cope. We always have loved the beach and picking shells. So, instead of putting them in many jars around the house we decided to turn them into pieces of art. We like to repurpose thrift store items and turn them into our own works of art. In the near future we hope to add many more pieces of art, not only shell art but also some beautiful resin art and wood art! We also have other beautiful items such as pottery and glass. Thanks for visiting our store! Carol & Tom
