Item/Description: Vintage ca. 1920s-1930s Art Deco-era highly stylized, futuristic-design yellow & black Diamond Glass-Ware (Glassware) Company Depression cased art glass four (3)-piece tableware hostess entertaining console set.

***As if this set were not already exquisitely stunning just with its eye-catching yellow & black glass coloration, the candle holders & compote exhibit additional handpainted/hand-painted gold/gilded embellishments/accents/enhancements.

***The set, in its entirety, consists of:

*CONSOLE SET portion of entire set is comprised of:

1 - Compote/fruit bowl/console centerpiece

2 - Two candle holders/candleholders (candlesticks pair)

Age/Period: Antique/Vintage - ca. 1920s-1930s

Manufacturer/Identification/Markings: Though unmarked, this 1930s Depression glass set was manufactured by the Diamond Glass-ware (Glassware) Company of Pennsylvania (1920-1931), and is pictured on page 69 of Measell & Wiggins 'Great American Glass' book

Measurements:

*Compote - 10 & 1/4" in Diameter x 2 & ½"H

*Candlestick/Candle Stick Holders - 9"H each

Condition: Very good, evincing no noted nicks, chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. There is a modicum of rubbing-off of some of the gilt embellishment to the candle holders, with none noted to the compote. There is also a bit of nominal surface handling marks to some of the yellow portions of the candlestick holders and the bowl.
