This faceted decanter set is likely made in Czechoslovakia 
It is alexandrite purple or blue in color.

It is made from neodymium glass and has a color shift--depending on the light source. 
You can see the blue color shift in the second photo. (Sorry for the photo quality.)

There are six cups total and they measure approx 2" tall. 
The decanter measures approx 7.5" tall. 

There is a small flea bite visible on the stopper.
There are no major chips, cracks, or flaws.
