6" tall, 5" wide. This is in great condition. Bright colors. There are no chips. The colors are not worn. The house is missing the clear glass votive cup that originally came with the house. There is a small (?surface) crack on the inside of the piece near the inside of the chimney in the front of the house (see the last picture). This weighs almost 1 1/2 lbs.
