Vintage hat. I not sure what this style of hat is - but its cute! I think it is a Bumper.

Estate find - so true vintage - appears to be lightly worn - little to no wear

no brand or size in tag- but about 21.5 inches give or take around the inside

I don't see any issues, that said, this is a vintage hat, and I'm going with condition is consistent with age
