Vintage Westmoreland Rosso Thumbelina Green Opalescent Child's Punch Set

This set is in good overall condition. There are a couple rough spots around the rims, one glass has what looks to be a manufacturing defect on each side of the handle, it has a smooth feeling where this is located, one cup has a chip on the bottom of the cup, and I think there is also a manufacturing defect on 2 cups showing up in the same place. Please see pictures as I tried to capture these as clearly as possible.

The punch bowl measures approximately 4" tall x 4 1/2" across at the top and 3 1/4" across at the base. The cups measure approximately 1 1/4" tall x 1 1/2" across and 2" across handle to the rim.
