The center image is surrounded by images of other landmarks of D.C. including Thomas Jefferson Memorial, US Supreme Court Building, US Marine Corps War Memorial, White House, and the Lincoln Memorial and statue. The plate measures approximately 7.25" across. It was made in Korea by Silberne and is for decorative use only.
